  • Attention all JUNIORS: the American Legion is sponsoring scholarships to Boys State or Girls State this summer for 2 Jackson High students who are interested in civics and leadership. If you are interested in applying, please see Mrs. LaChappelle or Commander Jordan right away--applications are due by Wednesday of this week.
  • Attention Seniors: CAP AND GOWN PICTURES ARE OPTIONAL AND ARE BEING TAKEN TODAY IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUILDING, 8 AM - 4 PM. SENIORS MAY ALSO PICK UP GRADUATION TICKETS, 8 AM - 4PM. IF YOUR GRADUATION REQUIREMENT IS PENDING, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PICK UP TICKETS AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED COURSE WORK OR HAVE A PASSING GRADE.

  • The annual JHS art show will be held this friday night at Lucy Lu's coffee cafe.  Please come out and support the art students at JHS. 5:30-8:30

  • Attention Students:  Please check the Perfect Attendance list in the cafeteria.  If you have perfect attendance and your name is not on the list, please contact the counseling department ASAP.

 

 

  • Students if you are enrolled in GRCCA High School Classes - those classes still meet until May 18th.

 

  • Again if are registered in a high school class at GRCCA - classes continues until May 18th.

 

  • There will be a special Best Buddies meeting on Tuesday May 15 at 3:30 in room 210

 

  • National Honor Society members, your May meeting has  been postponed from the 7th to the 14th. NHS will meet on Monday, May 14th in the commons at 3:30 pm. This will be our last meeting of the year, and all sophomore and junior members should be present for officer elections.

 

  • NHS students, please be sure to turn in your service hours to Mrs. LaChappelle's room before the end of the school year!

  • Senior Week will begin Tuesday, May 15th. Each day Seniors can dress up in the designated themes:

Tuesday: Hawaiian Day

Wednesday: Decade Day

Thursday: Senior citizen day
