• After school tutoring is offered every Tuesday & Wednesday in the Media Center.


  • Have a compliment or shout out to share?  Look for the RD4L box in the lunchroom to share an anonymous note which will then be shared on the cafeteria TVs.


  • If you are planning to take the SAT or the ACT, please don't forget to sign up for a test waiver in the guidance office.  Jackson High is now a testing site for the ACT.  The ACT will be administered at Jackson High on December 9.

The wrestling team competed in a scramble tournament at Locust Grove High School over the weekend. For the JV team, junior Dalton Loveless went 3-0 with 3 pins, sophomore Bailey Turner 5-0 with 5 pins and sophomore Emmanuel Holmes recorded his first career win by pin. For the Varsity team Julian Lord placed 4th in the 160 pound weight class, Fred Harden placed 4th in the 170 pound weight class and Austin Ray came in first place in the 182 pound weight class. Come out and support the wrestlers tomorrow at 5 in the Jackson High School gym as they take on Alcovy and Monticello in the annual Battle of Jackson Lake.


The trading card club with Mr. James will be held this friday nov 17th 3:40-5:00


It's that time of year again, folks! The LEO club winter clothes is starting up and you'll soon see boxes and posters all over the school. This drive is for people who can't afford warm clothing for the winter so donate as much as you can.
