  • April is Child Abuse Prevention Month
      • Did you know...
    1. About 5 children die daily because of child abuse and neglect.
    2. Nearly 700,000 children are abused each year in the US alone.
    3. 26% of those abused are 13-17, which means some of the  people we go to school with are going through this.

  • If you or someone you know is or has been physically, emotionally, or sexually abused
    1. Speak with a counselor
    2. Tell a parent/teacher/adult
    3. Report it at (1-800) 4-A-Child
  • Child abuse is not hidden. It affects all of us,and it can only be solved if we do something about it. Get involved.  Your report could save someone's life.
