  • Any girl interested in participating in softball next year, please see Coach LaChappelle for a packet. Tryouts will be May 6 - 9 from 4:00 - 6:30 at the new softball complex.

 

  • Emily Turner is drama student of the week.  This student is recognized for their upbeat attitude in class, always willing to be part of the group, and dedication to being successful in the theater classroom.

 

  • Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet in the gym Wednesday mornings. Doors will open at 7:15a.m. for games, candy, and fellowship. All Jackson High School athletes are encouraged to attend.

 

  • The next key club meeting and Relay for Life meeting will be held on Tuesday May 21  in room 709.

 

  • If you would like to take the Accuplacer for Gordon or SCTC dual enrollment, we have information in the counseling office about scheduling it. Stop by during your lunch!

 

  • There will be an important Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society meeting on Thursday of this week in Mr. LaChappelle's room 119, from 3:15 - 3:40 PM. This meeting is for current members and students who are in grades 10-11 with at least a B average in their social studies classes and who are interested in history, government, and serving our community.

 

  • Leo Link Standings- Last day is today, food will be delivered next week from the Lunchbox,  

 

  • JHS Volleyball tryouts will be May 9th through the 15th. Please see coach smith if you have any questions.

    3. 26% of those abused are 13-17, which means some of the  people we go to school with are going through this.

  • Child abuse is not hidden. It affects all of us,and it can only be solved if we do something about it. Get involved.  Your report could save someone's life.
