I earned an engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology prior to securing my first professional job. When I began my second career as a teacher I earned a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix.
Experience
I worked in manufacturing for more than two decades, primarily in managerial positions. When the manufacturing landscaped changed dramatically last decade I began my second career as a teacher. I am entering my ninth year teaching physics at Jackson High School.
Bio
I was raised in Jackson from my tenth year, and spent much of my adult life in this town. I raised two sons here, and while one continues to reside here, the other is working as an attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C.
