Experience

I have had the pleasure of teaching for 15 years.  My first 7 years were spent in Milwaukee, WI. In 2008 I moved to Georgia and began teaching math at Henderson Middle School.  In 2013 I was asked to come back to Butts County to teach math at Jackson High School. I am proud to begin the 2016-2017 school year as the 9th Grade Algebra I foundations teachers as well as the 11th grade Algebra II teacher.

Bio

Over the last 15 years I have continued to be involved in professional learning.  This has helped me be more prepared for all of the students I have come in contact with.  I have taught a variety of math courses including 7th grade math, eighth grade math, eight grade ninth grade coordinate algebra classes, Advanced Mathematical Decision Making courses, Online math courses, now Algebra I and Algebra II courses .

While math is my favorite subject, I enjoy music and basketball in my spare time.  I also I enjoy spending time with family, and traveling.
