Experience

This is my fourth year teaching at Jackson High School! I teach 10th grade Literature and yearbook. Prior to teaching at Jackson High School,  I was an owner of a regional magazine and boutique advertising agency in Griffin, Georgia. I am proud to be the mother of two sons. Andrew attends Georgia College and State University and Nolan attends the University of Georgia. I am currently in my second year, working on my masters degree in Secondary Education, English at Thomas University. This year, three members in my family will be in college!

Bio

This will be my fourth year teaching 10th grade English at Jackson High School. I am married to Donnie Hudson and we moved to Forsyth, Georgia in 2015.  I have two sons, Andrew and Nolan Winter. Andrew is studying at Georgia College and State University and Nolan is studying at the University of Georigia. Although I grew up in New Jersey, I have lived in Griffin, Georgia longer than anywhere else. I consider myself a southerner as both my parents were raised in Raliegh, N.C. This spring I will complete my Masters in English, Secondary Education at Thomas University. There are now three members in my family enrolled in college! Needless to say, I am a coupon shopper!
